How to keep track of the number of carbs in every recipe? Super simple! Every keto recipe has a little green ball with the number of net carbs 1 it contains per serving. If you keep an eye out on these numbers, it will be easier for you to find the recipes that work best for your diet and calculate the intake of carbs 2.
