Nick perhaps look at the information on this site and other sites regarding coconut sugar and your questions will be answered. In particular the piece on keto sweeteners here, you'll get your answer no doubt, type it in the search bar and dont stress it!!

Can I assume that my question has been ignored and that this forum is therefore pointless?

It is astounding how many comments/questions are answered either in faq's or elsewhere on this site. Please intelligent fellow health seekers, look before you ask for individual attention for your inquiry.

I trust the science based information provided here. I find the $9.00/month for a membership well worth it. Although I could have taken the info and recipes I needed in the 30 day trial I continue month to month to support Diet Doctor. No ads!!!! Wow! Thank you.

Hi! I've researched the keto diet and found your site to be the BEST! I'm interested in the 2-week challenge and plan to become full member following that. I do have a ????? though. I don't have a gallbladder and winder if I can follow your plan directly or will I need to make adjustments? Thank you!😄

Hello, Dr Eric recommends 20 carbs overall, but I see most people on Keto do 20 Net Carbs. I am not sure what I should do. I have about 85lbs to lose and I have a sugar addiction, I'm literally frightened that if I don't stick to 20 grams of carb then I will not lose weight...or that it will be too small of an amount.

If I don't eat all the fat that is included in the recipes, and this leaving me hungry, should I still lose weight.

Me as well! I find it very very frustrating!

I have been eating low carb for 9 weeks and I have stopped losing weight after week 4. I want to fast but do not want to deal with bone broth. Is there something else I can drink along with coffee and tea to stave off the hunger and headache?

Hi, I have been a member for several months now and have followed the plans as closely as I can. I keep my carbs around 20mg per day. I also walk a min of 30 min a day treadmill with terrain. I need guidance as I have not lost any weight. I flex up and down between 2-4 lbs but not losing weight as I have read others on this site have.

    I have the following challenges.

    1. I travel a couple of weeks a month for work. (4 days at a time)
    2. I am 2 years into menopause
    3. I take the following for HB:
    a. 20-12.5 MB of Lisinopril/hydrochlorothiazide
    b. nadolol 40 mg
    4. I also suffer from anxiety and take 50 mg of Sertraline (Zoloft)

HELP!!!! I need to lose 100lb and for the last 2 months have not lost anything but what I started above. I know the menopause can be a contender for not losing weight. Are the meds I listed also a problem? If all these are issues, how can I over come them? PLEAE help ME!!!

I am not sure but do you offer councilors to help me develop a plan that will bring success?

    Hi Carolyn!

I'm very sorry but we don't have the resources to offer individual advice.

My recommendation is that you read our 18 tips for weight-loss. We have put a lot of effort in making them effective.

I personally would recommend to try intermittent fasting. I have used it with success. I skip breakfast. I skip coffee and tea (I drink Rooibos tea). I try to avoid to eat between meals. But when I eat then I eat enough so I don't feel hungry.

    Best of luck! :)

In your section listing low-carb Keto foods, you state that you can have 36 eggs a day! I know you mean per week - please fix. Could be very harmful to someone to eat 36 a day! Thanks. Very excited to get started on this plan today.

    Hi Deirde!

36 eggs a day is correct . But it's also a joke. ;-) We don't believe is dangerous. But it's to much food if you eat anything more than eggs ... you will gain weight.

Hi, I’ve just completed the first week of the challenge & lost 2 kg, most impressed with the diet, I’ve spent most of my adult life on weight watchers program. Many thanks, the food is really tasty & satisfying, not once have I felt deprived.

I’m hoping you might have some suggestions, I do regular multi day bushwalking/hiking where usually I dehydrate food to cut down on pack weight, a typical days food weighs less than 1kg. at any time I might be carrying 2 -7 days worth of food. Is there any possibility of having some Keto recipes posted that could be dehydrated? My diet when walking has always been high in carbs. Any suggestions would be welcome as fat/ oil do not dehydrate successfully.
    Regards
    Claire
