- 1 cup 225 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp 1 tbsp curry powder
- Mix mayonnaise and curry in a small bowl, add curry to taste. There are a lot of different curry powders; heat and taste vary. Use your favorite blend.
- Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or more to allow the flavors to develop.
- Keep in the fridge up to 4–5 days.
Curry mayonnaise goes particularly well with chicken and turkey, and in salads, with stews and other slow-cooked meat such as lamb and pork.
