    i love a good (and sharp) aged Cheddar: also Parmegiana Reggiano. in other words, i want some bold flavor; not something to merely "fill in". Even if combined in a dish, a cheese must have the ability to stand on its own. Taste it on its own, and you should say "wow, I want more of that!"

    That is going to depend on your brand of feta. Check the nutrition label on your feta cheese.

    I like a sharp cheddar too. I've recently discovered a zero carb mascarpone that I would like to be able to find more recipes for. It's got "fat bomb" nutritional info and is rather bland so it should work in quite a few keto recipes.

    The Keto taco shells are better than corn tortillas! I never thought I would find anything to replace them. Giving them up was the hardest thing for me to do. Being Hispanic and growing up eating homemade tortillas all my life was pretty difficult. I preferred corn torts over the flour torts, so when I found this recipe on DD I didn’t think they could possibly be as good.! But OMG!!! They make the best Tacos in the world! Thanks DD😘

    Most of these meals have cheese as a major ingredient or something with cheese. i am not a big fan of cheese. Also I noticed a lack of meats other than turkey or chicken. Most of these dishes are vegetarian or even vegan. What about beef, deer, and other meats and fowl.
    What is wrong with a beef brisket and some cabbage? What about fish? I hop you get my point.

    Depending on where you are located, you may be able to find Kite Hill which uses almond milk as the base for their products. Your best bet is to ask your store's customer service desk.
