- 8 oz. 225 g cheddar cheese or provolone cheese or edam cheese, in slices
- 2 oz. 60 g butter
- Place the cheese slices on a large cutting board. Slice butter with a cheese slicer or cut really thin pieces with a knife.
- Cover every cheese slice with butter and roll up. Serve as a snack.
Cheese roll-ups are delicious as they are, but you can also add extra little add-ins. For example paprika powder, salt flakes, finely chopped parsley or other fresh herbs, all would be amazing in this!
