Keto cheese roll-ups
- 8 oz. (2 cups) 230 g (475 ml) cheddar cheese or provolone cheese or edam cheese, in slices
- 2 oz. 55 g butter
- Place the cheese slices on a large cutting board.
- Slice butter with a cheese slicer or cut really thin pieces with a knife.
- Cover every cheese slice with butter and roll up. Serve as a snack.
