Ingredients

  • 8 oz. 225 g cheddar cheese or provolone cheese or edam cheese, in slices
  • 2 oz. 60 g butter

Instructions

  1. Place the cheese slices on a large cutting board. Slice butter with a cheese slicer or cut really thin pieces with a knife.
  2. Cover every cheese slice with butter and roll up. Serve as a snack.

Tip!

Cheese roll-ups are delicious as they are, but you can also add extra little add-ins. For example paprika powder, salt flakes, finely chopped parsley or other fresh herbs, all would be amazing in this!

    So right! NO MORE JUNK!! Cheese and other fresh unprocessed foods are health foods again (i.e., what makes you healthy instead of fat and sick.)

    I do this but I use mayo and Ham slices instead of butter. Sometimes add a teeny bit of relish. Oh also wrapped in a lettuce leaf!
