- 2 tbsp 2 tbsp dried sage
- 1½ tbsp 1½ tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp 1 tbsp dried marjoram
- ½ tbsp ½ tbsp dried rosemary
- ½ tbsp ½ tbsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tbsp ½ tbsp ground black pepper
- Mix the spices carefully and place in a small jar. Preferably store in a cool, dark environment since spices are sensitive to heat and light which affect the flavor.
Use organic spices and herbs if you can—they have the best flavor!
