Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons dried sage
  • 1½ tablespoons 1½ tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • ½ tablespoon ½ tablespoon dried rosemary
  • ½ tablespoon ½ tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ tablespoon ½ tablespoon ground black pepper

  1. Mix the spices carefully and place in a small jar. Preferably store in a cool, dark environment since spices are sensitive to heat and light which affect the flavor.

Tip!

Use organic spices and herbs if you can—they have the best flavor!

    I'm always tempted to buy the already mixed jars of seasoning from the store - but combinations like this sound much better. I might just have to do some experimenting.
