- 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons dried sage
- 1½ tablespoons 1½ tablespoons dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- ½ tablespoon ½ tablespoon dried rosemary
- ½ tablespoon ½ tablespoon ground nutmeg
- ½ tablespoon ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
- Mix the spices carefully and place in a small jar. Preferably store in a cool, dark environment since spices are sensitive to heat and light which affect the flavor.
