I have a question about the types of "high quality sausages" folks are using out there? I've seen a couple recipes calling for them, but sausages can be high in carbs and I'd like some ideas. :)

Try making your own as most of the time the carbs in commercially made sausage comes via the “additives” and flavorings. Sausage is easy to make if you have a sausage mill which come in all sizes and can be very inexpensive.
