Ingredients

  • 8 oz. 225 g pecans or almonds or walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon paprika powder or chili powder

Instructions

Instructions are for 6 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium frying pan, and cook on medium heat until the almonds are warmed through.
  2. Let cool and serve as a snack with a drink. Store in a container with lid at room temperature.

Tip!

You can replace almonds with other types of nuts, for example pecan nuts.
