Spinach and avocado smoothie
A brilliant green low carb smoothie packed with flavor and satisfying goodies. Super tasty and convenient to whip up when you're on the run.
- 1 (7 oz.) 1 (200 g) avocado, peeled and pittedavocados, peeled and pitted
- 3 oz. 85 g frozen spinach
- 1 1 lime, peeled, extract juice and only use the pulplimes, peeled, extract juice and only use the pulp
- 1 oz. (42⁄3 tbsp) 28 g (70 ml) fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 tbsp 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups 475 ml water or coconut cream
