Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) 1 (200 g) avocado, peeled and pittedavocados, peeled and pitted
  • 3 oz. 85 g frozen spinach
  • 1 1 lime, peeled, extract juice and only use the pulplimes, peeled, extract juice and only use the pulp
  • 1 oz. (423 tbsp) 28 g (70 ml) fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups 475 ml water or coconut cream
This recipe has been added to the shopping list.

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. If necessary, add more water for a thinner consistency.

    Love this, but its too thick, I made 2 serving, so I added an additional 100ml water and the consistency is much better.
