Does anyone have a suggestion to replace the avocado? I love them but they are ridiculously expensive where I live.

A perfect meal for any time of day! And a great reminder that the habit of a few staples in the fridge means a keto meal whenever hunger strikes!

I am not a fan of raw onions and raw radishes. But, I heard that radishes are a good keto substitute for potatoes. So, I sliced the radishes and scallion, then sauteed them in butter. That was good!

    Thank you,

In this plate, the avocado helps bring higher fat content, so look for something that will add fats like macadamia nuts or olives.
