Ingredients

  • 1 cup (7½ oz.) 240 ml (210 g) cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup (1½ oz.) 60 ml (45 g) Greek yogurt (4% fat) or sour cream
  • ¼ cup (18 oz.) 60 ml (4 g) fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, chives, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh herbs, if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
  6. Serve with cottage cheese chips, fresh vegetables, or as a spread for low-carb wraps and sandwiches.

Tip

For an extra creamy ranch dip, blend in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Variation

For a brighter, tangier flavor, increase the lemon juice. You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper or smoked paprika for a subtle kick.

Serving suggestion

Serve with cucumber slices, celery sticks, bell pepper strips, radishes, broccoli florets, or cottage cheese chips. This ranch dip also makes a delicious spread for burgers, sandwiches, lettuce wraps, or grilled chicken.
