Beautiful Sunday brunch dish. We improvised a little. Capers instead of bagel seasoning. Watercress instead of cucumbers. Eggs over easy instead of hard cooked. Delicious, and very easy to put together. I would have loved the recipe as written just as much. Thank you!

Eggs, cucumber, and cream cheese all have carbs.

I thought this dish may not be filling enough, so I had them with English muffins. Used 1 hard boiled egg. Left out the cucumber, used old bay seasoning instead of everything bagel seasoning. It was really delicious. Had 1.5 muffins.
