Why you'll love this green goddess dressing

Green goddess dressing has been a favorite for generations, and it's easy to see why. Fresh herbs, garlic, lemon, and a creamy base come together to create a dressing that's bright, tangy, and packed with flavor. This version uses protein-rich Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise or sour cream, making it lighter while still delivering the creamy texture that makes green goddess dressing so irresistible.

One of the best things about this recipe is its versatility. Drizzle it over leafy green salads, spoon it onto grain bowls, or use it as a dip for fresh vegetables. It also pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, fish, shrimp, steak, or roasted vegetables, making it a simple way to add fresh flavor to almost any meal.

Don't be afraid to customize the herbs based on what you have available. Basil, chives, and tarragon give this dressing its signature flavor, but parsley, cilantro, dill, or mint also work well. The dressing can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to five days, allowing the flavors to develop even further.
