Keto: Dairy free #6

Following a healthy dairy-free diet doesn’t have to mean depriving yourself — and this week’s meal plan is proof of that.

On the menu, we have some spice-heavy keto dishes like our Sindhi-style lamb curry. Additionally, there are some quick and easy weeknight favorites such as our tasty tuna zoodle salad and chicken stir-fry.

While following this plan, if you’re not a big fan of certain ingredients, feel free to swap them. If, for example, you don’t enjoy eating lamb, you could always substitute it for chicken or beef.

The same goes for vegetables. If there’s something you don’t fancy, change it for another low-carb veggie. Check out our visual vegetable guide for more inspiration.

Get ready to enjoy some of our favorite keto meals while staying below 20 grams of net carbs per day.

Why classify this as moderate low carb when there's 3g .net listed. Sounds keto to me. Please educate me.

This was a GREAT dinner! It was simple and filling! I didn’t have sour cream so I added a little more mayo and it worked fine!

Yum! Scales down to a smaller size easily. I did not have any cucumbers on hand, and it was still delicious. Great summer dish!

Just made this for lunch. It was really nice. I didn't have sour cream, but substituted it for cream cheese, worked out great. Husband also liked it :)

Could we replace it for smoked salmon?

Smoked salmon would give a very different taste and texture. We have not tested this recipe with that substitution.

I misread the receipe and used all smoked salmon as I didn’t have the other protein. .. Delicious. But you might want to lessen up quite a bit on the white pepper! And it would take more lime juice or maybe suit lemon juice more.... great dish though. 😊

I love this salad, and eat it probably 5 times a week. I use smoked salmon as it's more convenient and I add some lettuce which just makes me feel fuller for longer.
