Ingredients

  • 5 oz. 140 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 oz. 28 g anchovies in oil, drained and finely chopped
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Instructions are for 4 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the butter, anchovies, lemon juice, salt, and pepper with a fork, or electric mixer.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, to let the flavors develop. Store for 4-5 days in the fridge, or a month in the freezer.

Tip!

Goes great with steak and roasted vegetables.
