- 5 oz. 140 g butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 oz. 28 g anchovies in oil, drained and finely chopped
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the butter, anchovies, lemon juice, salt, and pepper with a fork, or electric mixer.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, to let the flavors develop. Store for 4-5 days in the fridge, or a month in the freezer.
Goes great with steak and roasted vegetables.
