Ingredients

  • 1 cup 225 ml unsweetened almond milk, heated
  • ¼ cup 60 ml decaf espresso coffee or strong brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup 60 ml pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp (25 g) erythritol
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Instructions are for 1 serving. Please modify as needed.

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Best served fresh.
