Enjoy this perfectly cooked salmon distinguished by a rich blend of Mexican seasoning. Serve with a fresh salad and some crispy keto taco shells for a full-flavored meal experience.

Ingredients

  • 1¼ lbs 550 g salmon, boneless filletsalmon, boneless fillets
  • 4 tbsp 4 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or frozen, chopped
  • 1 1 red onion, thinly slicedred onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

Instructions are for 4 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. Set the oven to 365°F (180°C)
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the olive oil with the taco seasoning.
  3. Place salmon in a baking dish and brush it with the taco mix. Top with the chopped cilantro and sliced red onion.
  4. Bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
