    Here is the link to a kale pesto. You can also find commercially available pesto, just make sure it doesn't have added sugar or inflammatory vegetable oils.

    You can customize the filling in these to suit your taste preferences. Shredded baby spinach would be an excellent addition.

    With 2 muffins, you get only 2 grams of carb, so there is a lot of room left before reaching the keto limit of 20 grams of carbs daily. You should worry only about the portion of carbs. Avocados and greens are perfect low carb good and you can add them without hesitation.
