Italian turkey plate with fresh mozzarella
- 1 cup (1¼ oz.) 240 ml (35 g) lettuce mix
- 1½ oz. 45 g deli turkey
- 3 oz. 85 g hearts canned artichokes
- 2 oz. 55 g cherry tomatoes
- 3½ oz. (5⁄6 cup) 100 g (210 ml) , cut in wedges
- 2 oz. 55 g avocado, slicedavocados, sliced
- 1 tbsp 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp 2 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Lay a bed of lettuce then add all the ingredients onto the plate.
- Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar, and add salt and pepper to taste.
You can also use avocado oil instead of olive oil.
Add some Italian seasoning and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top
