I have the pallet of a 3-year-old, so I really don't like cauliflower.
Is there something you recommend as a substitute?

I am back on the plan and I am excited to see a plan with fewer eggs. I like eggs but not everyday. I have made substantial progress with minimizing the amount of starch I eat and cauliflower rice is a great substitute. I don't eat beef or pork. Is there a substitute you can suggest for this meal plan. Thank you.

I am not sure there is a good substitute for this specific recipe. You can use the recipe finder's advanced search to specify what protein you would like to cook with.
