Green sauce

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until the desired texture is achieved. We like it smooth and creamy.
  2. Asparagus and hake

  3. Wash the asparagus and cut away the tough part of the stalk.
  4. In a frying pan that can fit the fish and vegetables, heat a tablespoon of olive oil. Fry the asparagus over medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Keeping the asparagus in the pan, add the fish and fry it for 2-3 minutes on each side. Add one more tablespoon of olive oil if necessary for frying. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir the asparagus from time to time.
  6. Serve the hake and asparagus on top of the sauce.
