I have been doing intermittent fasting for 14 months. I watched all of Dr. Jason Fung’s videos on Diet Doctor and was inspired. I fast 19 hours every day and eat in a 5-hour window. I’ve lost 42 lbs and 8.5 inches in my waist. Thank you, DietDoctor.com and Dr. Fung!

It would also be greatly appreciated if you shared what you eat in a typical day, whether you fast etc.
I’ve been doing IF for over nine months, mostly 20:4 and 24 hr. fasts, however I have only lost 10 lbs in this entire time. I do primarily low carb, with high vegetables and meats. I’ve recently switched to alternate day fasting, but am still not seeing the astounding success that so many others have had. I do have hypertension and chronic lung disease, but my numbers have not improved, either.
