I am very concerned since my husband has been fasting for 14days on a row with no food at all. His aim is to get a tighter skin, rather than losing weight. Is this what this is supposed to be about?
Hi, Christine! We don't recommend fasting longer than 24 hours without a doctor's supervision, so I would suggest your husband contact his doctor regarding his fasting regimen.
Your doctor will be able to evaluate you and help advise you on that based on health markers such as blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.
