The star of the BBC series Doctor in the House, Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, is fantastic at explaining complex things in an easy-to-understand way.

A couple of weeks ago in Vail I got the chance to sit down with Dr. Chatterjee and do an interview. Above is a short segment from it. Transcript

June.allwright@gmail.com I have lost 18 lb on low carb diet and was so pleased. When i saw a free fat analysis in the high street. I went for it, and was told my fat in body was 48. Which was in the high bracket. I was taken back.
Do i justt carry on, or do i cut back on the butter and cream in my menu ?
    Awaiting your input

It seems that fat analysis ESTIMATED your body fat percentage to be 48%.

Since you have lost 18lb, your starting percentage MAY HAVE been as high as say 60%.

Losing 18lb on LCHF shows your body is currently responding well to LCHF.
