New Vegetarian Meal Plan

Our new low-carb meal-plan tool gives you everything you need to succeed on low carb. Meal plans, recipes and shopping lists – no planning required! Adjust and skip any meal – and the recipes and shopping lists adapt.

Enjoy a week of fresh vegetarian meals! This low-carb meal plan is adapted for 16:8 intermittent fasting. It has two filling meals a day and will keep you below 35 grams carbohydrates per day.

    is there a meal plan for vegetarian and dairy free together? If so could you send me a sample of a meal plan?

    I would like to know this too. I am dairy free and meat free. Eggs are the only animal product that I consume.
