    You could join as a member if it turns out that you like this way of eating .... we have a whole bunch of meal plans available.

    You also could continue to eat keto and use our recipes without joining as member. :)

    What kind of guidance can you give to professionals such as myself. I am an executive advisor/consultant and thus travel 4-5 days a week and do not have access to cook for myself.
