Broccoli is a wonderful vegetable and one of the most popular in the low-carb or keto kitchen. With about 4 percent carbohydrates, it can substitute for rice, pasta and potatoes in a number of ways.
Many people frown upon childhood memories of broccoli boiled into an unrecognizable and bland mush… That’s sad because this vegetable can be a vibrantly green source of delight when cooked right – and for this, we recommend our recipes below.
