I was 213 lbs (97 kg), type 2 diabetic, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and years of acid reflux.
My doctor recommended listening to The Diet Doctor and Dr. Jason Fung. I took the 2-week challenge, started on July 3. After the two weeks I had lost 20 lbs (9 kg).I kept eating keto and at the end of September I was down to 175 lbs (79 kg). My A1c was 9 and now it’s down to 5.6 – I’m no longer diabetic and have not had any problems or taken any acid reflux meds. In over a month after taking them for over 20 years. Cholesterol and high blood pressure are much better. Keto has worked great for me and I keep eating that way.
