I started eating keto because of digestive issues, mood disorders, insomnia and weight struggles. I’ve had great success on the diet, even though I’ve encountered quite a few bumps and failures on the way.
I like to keep things simple and eat beef, eggs and butter mostly. I don’t fast, even though I know that many people benefit from it.
