I started eating keto because of digestive issues, insomnia and weight struggles. I’ve had great success on the diet, even though I’ve encountered quite a few bumps and failures on the way.
I like to keep things simple and eat eggs, beef, butter and well-cooked vegetables mostly. I don’t fast, even though I know that many people benefit from it.
