I started eating keto because of digestive issues, mood disorders, insomnia, and weight struggles. I’ve had great success on the diet, even though I’ve encountered quite a few bumps and failures on the way.
I like to keep things simple and eat mostly ground beef patties, salmon, chicken, eggs, and butter. I don’t fast, even though I know that many people benefit from it.
