I am an editor at Diet Doctor, writing under the supervision of Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt, and a student at Stockholm School of Economics.

I started eating keto because of digestive issues, insomnia and weight struggles. I’ve had great success on the diet, even though I’ve encountered quite a few bumps and failures on the way.

On a typical day, I have boiled eggs and coffee with coconut oil at breakfast. For lunch and dinner, I usually eat vegetables, meat and butter. I don’t fast, even though I know that many people benefit from it.

I am a firm believer in throwing out the scale and start focusing on how you feel, since many of us (especially women) have been through body-image struggles.
