I'd love to join this Low Carb journey but I'm afraid that I won't be able to stay away from sweets for ever...so my question is this...What happens if I join and do great for a month and the I fail of the wagon? Also is it just fiction that it can harm your Kidneys or causes Gall Bladder trouble?

You can quit anytime you want after the free first month trial, and after that it's $9 a month but you can quit anytime after that.
Meanwhile, the question about kidney and gallbladder trouble is completely false. I've been doing this food lifestyle for a year-and-a-half now and have the most wonderful:-) regular bowel movements. With that said, I make sure that I keep my magnesium and potassium levels fairly high as that will help in terms of digestive issues. Also I get regular checkups and blood work with my doctor and my blood lipid profile and HA1c and inflammation scores are all amazing. It's the sugar, and high-fructose sugar and the industrial oils, i.e., vegetable oil, corn, soy, canola, safflower, sunflower oils, partially hydrogenated oils, margarine, and grains such as bread and pasta that will screw up your metabolism.

PS, about your sweet tooth, that can be easily remedied with the amazing cookbooks available to cook without conventional sugar. There are many great ones out there as I have quite a few, but the one that stands out in terms of amazing dessert dishes is Maria Emmerich's keto cookbook... The only downside to her cookbook is that there is quite a pantry of alternative food sources that you'll need to have on hand before you attempt her recipes.
