In general, there are benefits to organic over traditionally grown/raised foods/crops. However, it is not required to only use grass fed or organic food. In general, we recommend going with what your taste, personal preference and budget dictate. We would hate for someone to think that they shouldn't do LCHF because they couldn't afford the high prices of premium products.
