Hi, my name is Jacquie.
I am 48 and I live in New Zealand. When I started the two-week challenge in April I was 119 kg (262 lbs), the heaviest I have ever been, and miserable. I was embarrassed about my weight and felt constantly judged for it.I was worried that my two daughters were embarrassed about me too and worse that they would not know enough about having a healthy relationship with their bodies to set them up for great lives. I wanted to be a better role model for them. I felt the problem as so bad that I considered surgery as a last resort. Now I have lost almost 20 kg (44 lbs) and my attitude towards food and exercise and about myself has changed completely. I feel amazing! For me, the two-week challenge started a complete recalibration in my life.
