My name is John, and I am 52 years old from Brockport, New York.
I started a low-carb diet exactly one year ago. I have been doing 25 grams or less of carbs a day. I have not had a cheat meal or cheat day at all.
I started at 370 pounds (168 kilos) and am currently 209 pounds (95 kilos). My high blood pressure is gone, and my blood pressure is great. My sleep apnea is gone as well as my snoring. I feel great, and I am full of energy. You absolutely can share my story.
