With a keto diet, Bob was able to reverse his type 2 diabetes in only three months! At the same time, he lost 23 kg (51 pounds) and improved his health substantially. He sent us the graph above mapping his progress in blood sugar, and told us the story about how he did it:
Back in May 2017 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, not a good week.
I researched and researched and somehow found your video, I was desperate as I did not like the life sentence the doctor had given me.
Your video sent me down the path to Diet Doctor’s site, and then I reversed history in less than three months, lost 23 kg (51 lbs), completely reversed the diabetes and now remain at around 84 kg (185 lbs) I was 112 kg (247 lbs) back then (I am 6’2” tall – 188 cm). I am 70, still working and live on the beautiful Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
My blood sugar is at around 5 mmol/L (90 mg/dl) most of the time and some side effects came with the change, almost no blood pressure medication required, less acid stomach, less swelling legs, no snoring, good energy, my business suits don’t fit any more so have to wear jeans, heart palpitations stopped and the best blood test in years.
So in a way, your video saved me from life in the diabetes jail and I would have died in there earlier than out here in the free world. My saying now is “I am not going back there”.
The picture above is my first month on keto blood sugar.
Keep up the good work,
Bob

Thank you for sharing, Bob, and thank you for illustrating the progress so clearly with the graph! :-)
Do you have a success story you want to share on this blog? Send it (photos appreciated) to andreas@dietdoctor.com, and please let me know if it’s OK to publish your photo and name or if you’d rather remain anonymous.
It would also be greatly appreciated if you shared what you eat in a typical day, whether you fast etc.
Reversal....remission....whatever term you like to use the effects are the same, Janelle. Abundant health without daily injections and drugs. On this site we like to call it reversal. I know which side of the diabetes spectrum I like to be on. Good on you Bob!!! Intelligent research can save your health and your life.
