and until recently took part in your free diet plan then enrolled as paying participant.I have as you will note cancelled my subscription as I downloaded many of your recipes which suited my life style.I was not particularly interested in losing weight although I have done and my BMI is now 24 1/2.
I have diabetes type 2 and have been on insulin for about18 months 32mls am and 34 mls pm .
At present I am now on 22mls am and 24 mls pm and over time I hope to lower it even more ,as to wether I come off it totally at this moment I do not know but that is my aim as my neice did so following the keto diet.
I just wish to thank you for your help ,and to add that my doctor is happy for me to carry on.
