Maintaining weight loss for six years on low carb
Is low carb an unsustainable fad? Not if you ask Ron. He sent us his story some years ago, and just told us that 6 years on he’s still successful:
Here is the original pics of me I sent you in February of 2012. And a comparison of me taken today 12/12/2017 to show weight loss can be maintained. My weight in 2012 was 152.0 pounds (69 kg). My present weight is 150.5 pounds (68 kg).
