Is the two-week low-carb challenge a game changer? This is what life-long weight struggler Jasmin has to say after stumbling upon it:

Hi Team,

My name is Jasmin and I will be turning 59 in August. This is the absolute best I have felt in years.

I have always struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember and this is the first time ever that I am comfortable and happy with a “diet”. Actually it has now become my way of life and I am not prepared to change it for anything. I’ve had the “The Real Meal revolution” on a memory stick for two years before I even looked at it.

In February 2016 I decided to read it as I was desperate as my new year’s resolution had failed as I could not continue with “weigh less” that I joined in the beginning of the year.

I decided to read it, meditate on it, read it again but I put it away as I could not accept that eating fat was going to work for me. In May I somehow came across your website and I really liked the recipes, and decided to follow the two-week eating plan just to see if it would work. Well, I never looked back. I now love my way of eating.

The first photograph was taken two years ago weighing 105 kg (231 lbs). I started LCHF the last week in May 2016 weighing 105 kg (231 lbs) and to this date have lost 35 kg (77 lbs).

Fortunately I have never been a sickly person and have no medical ailments. I feel like a brand-new person.
