Carla went low carb last year in March, and has successfully lost 49 lbs (22 kg). But according to her, that’s not the greatest difference it’s made to her life:
Just want to let you know that I’ve been low-carb since March last year, and it’s transformed my life. I’ve lost 49 lbs (22 kg) and it’s still going down, and whilst the weight loss is great, the biggest difference has been to my overall health and motivation.My resting heart rate has come down from 85-90 to 55-60, I have motivation to exercise for the first time in my life! I started cycling, and now I’ve worked my way up to 100 km spins, I’m doing resistance training… I never would have thought I’d ever love exercise but I really do!
I have so much energy, the brain fog has lifted, a lifetime of issues with depression and anxiety are gone, and I feel like I’m living life fully for the first time in 34 years.
