It's amazing that I would get these videos. I am a Certified Lifestyle Coach, Certified Senior fitness Specialist and a practicing Keto Coach.
I met a young man who said he had been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and was taking insulin for about 4 years. I told him about my success working with people who had type 2 diabetes. I told him as far as I knew there wasn't anything that could be done to improve a type 1. I get a call about a week ago and he said he had started a ketogenic diet, his A1C was down to 5.8 without insulin. I was a little amazed. Then out of the blue I get these videos from you. We must continue the fight against the dietary dogma that is plaguing the world and get this diabetes epidemic under control. Thank you so much for what you are doing. I will continue the fight from Utah. I know that the things that cause diabetes are the same things that's responsible for most chronic illness! I have type 2 diabetes, well not anymore technically I am down 70 lbs and have it under control! I've lost my first wife to this nasty disease and watch many more of my friends and relatives suffer. Enough is enough!
