The short video on Mountain Dew, makes it sound like Shannon's liver improved after taking Mountain Dew for 2months. There's only one statement referring to "getting rid of" Mountain Dew. It's quite deceiving. I had to read the transcript and watch video twice to confirm that Mountain Dew was the culprit for his previously poor liver and visceral fat condition. Perhaps rewording the transcript would be more effective and powerful. Great watching all the videos though.

I am hoping a moderator or a doctor running this website will answer this question for me...

What is it about artificial sweeteners that you are concerned about? I take one in my coffee in the morning and enjoy a diet soda from time to time.

Are they just bad for you? or does it affect ketosis in some way?

I have already lost 30lbs since going LCHF. But I am always looking to fine tune what I am doing to do it better. Still waiting on my last Lipids test results etc...

    Hi John!

I don't think it's a problem if you use a sweetener in one cup of coffee once a day. But read what we think about artificial sweeteners below.

I drink about 3 18pks of Mountain Dew a day.. I am 5’6 and I weigh 170 . I’m 28 years old. I’m pretty sure that’s why I weigh so much is because of the soft drinks what do you think
