Two years ago Carol was a size 18. Here’s what happened to her health and weight when she went low carb:
My name is Carol, I would like to share with you the success I’ve had on this lifestyle. I started with LCHF about 2 years ago. I wore a size 18 pant, am now a size 10. My health has improved, my blood pressure is now normal. Enjoying the loads of energy I have now.
I eat a large breakfast, eggs, bacon, avocado etc., no lunch, sometimes I will have a snack such as cheese or a few nuts, small dinner of a protein and one or 2 vegetables. I stick to a clean green way of eating.
It took me about 1 yr to lose 26 kg (57 lbs.) and loads of inches. I have corrected my body fat percentage. I have maintained my weight for a year now.
I am 55 years old and a granny to three granddaughters.
