My name is Alyson. I am 26 years old and live in New Mexico.

The get started challenge made keto meal planning a breeze! ALL of the food was AMAZING! I have two young boys and they even enjoyed the dinners! I will definitely continue using the website to plan my weeks.

I really enjoyed the two-week challenge.

The meals they suggested were very yummy and easy to work with. I took the liberty if something wasn’t convenient on a particular day of switching the meal with another day and things went smoothly.

I lost 4 pounds (2 kilos) which I was happy with as I am 71 years young and have about 30 pounds (14 kilos) to lose, and as you know the older we get the harder it is to lose this extra weight.

I thought the two-week keto challenge was excellent! I am a 40-year-old female who is struggling to lose a bit of weight and I found this challenge SO easy to follow!
