I am writing to tell you about the success I am having with the diet doctor.

I have type 2 diabetes and also live in Thailand where every dish has palm sugar. My bsl has risen over the past year. In June it was 9.4. my doctor wanted me to go on medication as he said my diabetes was badly managed. This gave me the kick I needed to do something about it. Using many of your recipes and walking up to 40 kilometers (25 miles) a week, I have shed 5-6 kilos (11-13 lbs) and my bsl has dropped to 7.4 in six months.

Looking forward to achieving my future goal of getting another 5 kilos (11 lbs) off and my blood-sugar level being at 6.

A 73-year-old beginner (four weeks) in Toronto. Bit of a problem getting protein without eggs or meat (dislike both) but love beans and cheese (higher carbs!) Already an inch (2.5 cm) has gone from the waist and a weight loss of 8 pounds (3.5 kg). Also – never feel hungry (intermittent fasting until noon)

Biggest bonus so far is NO HEARTBURN – I have dealt with that for many, many years!!

Hi to all the folks at Diet Doctor.

I am 62 years old and live in Nova Scotia, Canada. I have had high blood pressure for years and have been taking medication to control it but it always remained fairly high.

Recently, I had a heart attack and my cardiologist recommended I have a look at the Diet Doctor site since the normal medications and diet obviously weren’t working.

In my first week on the keto diet, my blood pressure dropped from 135/90 to a healthy 115/75, a pressure that I haven’t seen in years. In addition, it seems to me that a lot of my nagging body pains have lessened and my energy level is definitely up. I am looking forward to continuing with the keto diet and hopefully shedding some excess weight along the way.
