Here’s what our members have said about the video – on top of giving it a 5.0 / 5 rating:

Love this video! “Everything in moderation” is the line we got from our family when we told them that we’ve switched to LCHF even though I’m not sure they knew what they really meant…
Think this is one of the nonsensical slogans promoted by the processed food industry along with “balanced diet” and “active lifestyle”.

I loved everything about this video. The intro was fun, the expression on the interviewees’ faces was priceless, and their answers were informative. A great little snapshot of opinions about the fallacy of “everything in moderation.”
– Cheryl

Alright, I hear you loud and clear. LOL…thanks for pep talk and I will stop thinking that I can eat my potatoes chips in moderation. Good video.

Hahaha, what a great video! The immediate reaction the experts had, really cements just how bad this “advice” is.
Especially Dr Westman’s: Haha, even junk-food? In moderation? No I don’t think so…
Brilliant :-)
