Let’s Get Moving: exercise for beginners

We’re excited to announce the launch of Let’s Get Moving, our first exercise course for beginners.

No gym? No problem. In this 6-part video series, Swedish triathlete and author Jonas Colting inspires you to start with basic movements that require no equipment, and that you can do in the comfort of your own home. We’ll cover walking, squats, lunges, hip thrusters, and push-ups. Don’t worry, we won’t do them all at once.

If you’re new to exercise or have anxiety about starting, this course is for you. We know the hardest part of exercise is the anticipation, and we’re here to help.

Filmed outside in beautiful Borås, Sweden, this course is fresh, funny, and the opposite of intimidating. We hope to take the fear out of moving and find exercises you actually like to do.

This is no bodybuilding course. Instead, we’ll create sustainable habits that will support and inspire you for years to come. No matter where you are, what your fitness level is, or your age, you can learn to enjoy movement. Even five minutes a day will bring benefits to your body, brain, and spirit. You even may discover abilities that you never knew you had.

All you need is a coach, and that’s where we come in. Let’s get moving, together!

This 6-part video course is available only for members (don’t forget about our 1-month free trial, if you don’t have a membership yet!)
