Do you want to reverse your type 2 diabetes in three months? Then stop eating digestible carbs such as sugars, starches and grains, says Dr. Ted Naiman.
This is exactly what the physician did to one of his diabetic patients in another amazing diabetes success story. The A1C reading, showing average blood sugars, dropped from sky high to normal within three months!
When do you think your primary care physician will start recommending low-carb to effectively treat diabetic patients?

This isn't just about diabetes or diet. The implications of buying into even a small portion of LCHF are far reaching, and have to be very frightening to physicians already practicing. The longer they've been practicing, the larger their installed based of clients to whom they've been giving destructive dogma advice. Don't discount the potential threat of liability waiting just off-stage (lawyers have doctors too).
I've been watching this process for nearly 5 years now, and the enlightenment rate is pretty slow. Example: it took 25 years for WHO/IARC to recently admit that coffee isn't the Group 2B possible carcinogen they said it was in 1991. Consensus science, medicine and nutrition can make glaciers look speedy.
Grains is not wheat and rice only.

I think people should begin suing individual physicians for the damage they've caused with their witchdoctor-like practices . Treating people based upon 'belief', with no proof. They even have their own 'ceremonies', a one size fits all treatment program.
Time to put the fear of God into them, make them less enthusiastic about slavishly following their masters, the 'professional' associations. Especially when their malpractice insurance goes way up :-)
To follow this diet do I have to
avoid fruits?
And Consume only healthy fats
Still too much websites and books advising whole grains and telling you to avoid saturated fat. This is crazy.
If you have diabetes type2, eat more protein rich food, more fish, use butter or cocos oil or olive oil, eat more animal fat.
Avoid everything that spike Insulin.
You can eat fruit with high fiber but not too much.
