I want to thank you for the great inspiration from your website.
I started LCHF about 2 years ago and have lost 68 lbs (31 kg)! I’ve always had GI issues, bloating and sometimes terrible cramps, and often had to stay home from work.
Since I started LCHF, I haven’t had any GI problems and I’ve probably only had two or three sick days due to common illness in two years.
When I embarked on this I made sure that this would not be a diet, but a new lifestyle. It’s not complicated to go out for lunch as I often do, just skip the carbohydrates :)
I’ve finally also been able to start exercising, mostly running for me. A year ago I when I tried to run I almost died after a minute. Nowadays, I run three times a week and have reached my goal of running 10 km!
