Today, we explore the benefits, drawbacks, and how-tos of high-intensity interval training with leading researcher Martin Gibala, PhD. Next, we dive into traditional aerobic training with renowned expert Phil Maffetone. Is one type of exercise really better than another? Or do we need elements of both traditional cardio and interval training to maximize our health?
