People. The ‘take the course’ button above, takes you to a screen that lists what the course covers and gives you a SPECIFIC password to copy that unlocks the course.
If I have milk (small amount, a dash/splash) in my tea, does that break my fast? I might have two to three cups during my fast.
Thank you
Technically, anything other than water would break your fast. The reason you are fasting will help determine if milk in your tea breaks your fast. If you're fasting for weightloss a very small amount of cream/milk should be ok. You will need to pay attention to your body's response and your progress to determine if it is ok for you.
It's been now a week and still no access to this course. We pay yearly for services and this is what we get. No updates as to when this will be available
The password for the Intermittent Fasting Course is located directly above the yellow "Access the course" button. That button is below the 1 minute long video that you see when pressing "Take the course" button.

I just wanted to answer that I have replied to your email and we hope to be able to assist with troubleshooting. The link is active and the course is loading correctly on our end.
I could have sworn I read somewhere on here that this fasting coaching course was worth 2 CME credits, but now I can’t find that info. Does it qualify for CME for doctors and dietitians?

There is a separate CME course. I don't think this fasting course qualifies for CME credit but I've asked the team to be sure. https://www.dietdoctor.com/cme
I easily accessed this course and listened last night. I have some practice with intermittent fasting but am looking for it to actually help me lose significant weight. I'm starting with a plan tomorrow after listening to this course. I only wish there was more information and conversation about fasting and exercise. I exercise 6days/wk moderate to heavy ~70/30 weight training to cardio but have trouble sometimes with hunger and/or fatigue. I do have hypothyroidism and closely monitor that with my NP & blood work.

The course will be translated into Spanish, but it will take some months to do this.
Thank you
