Make keto a habit – DD Explores

Having an established routine can provide you with the reassurance that you’re on the right track — while also acting as your default when life gets hectic.

Prior to committing to keto, my family’s easy, go-to meals were often high carb and highly processed. These foods were the ones that easily fit into our busy schedules packed with work, school, commuting, and extracurricular activities.

For me, the biggest keto challenge always had to do with finding something quick, easy, and low carb to feed my family when in a pinch. After all, I didn’t want any snacks to push us back into those old high-carb habits.

Luckily, before long, living a keto lifestyle was a matter of memorizing good habits — and tossing out the “bad” ones. Today, the saying “It’s only hard until it becomes a habit” rings especially true for my family and me.

To learn how to establish your most optimal keto routine, join me on this week’s episode of Diet Doctor Explores, where I share with you how I managed to create sustainable and lasting habits when feeding my family. You can do it, too!
