    These are great! I didn't think about doing variations! Now I'm thinking some kind of breakfast crack slaw, with breakfast sausage, might be good too.

    We do crack slaw with bacon instead of hamburger. We fry the bacon and set it aside while we fry the cabbage in the bacon drippings and a little bit of butter. Crumble the bacon back into the cabbage and eat.je

    We make this with cream cheese - 1 lb ground beef, one bag coleslaw mix and 1-8 oz plg of cream cheese then add seasonings of choice. My kids who don't like cabbage love this!

    So it’s family day here in Ontario Canada and the strokes are closed so no ground pork, so we used leftover smoked pulled pork. It’s awesome, there may not be any left by the time supper actually arrives. Lol
